Until now, commercial choices for producing nanofibers were limited to electrospinning and meltblowing. Today you have a new choice - XanoShear™.

XanoShear is a unique liquid-based platform for nanofiber formation. There are no nozzles, no high temperatures, no limited yields, and no complicated equipment to maintain. Just large quantities of fibers using a wide range of natural or synthetic polymers. Our novel approach also opens the doors to some interesting possibilities for advance materials - inclusion of small particles for functionalized fibers, controlled surface charge, integration into wet laying operations, bulk fiber products. You get the picture.

Being different doesn't stop at just our fibers. Xanofi will soon launch the world's first line of high basis weight, nanofiber-only roll materials – XanoMat™ – that will initially be offered in six different polymers.
